01

Selection process

We hire on execution alone. Every candidate takes the same live market simulation, and the ranking decides who moves forward — no CV, no interview, no referral.

Online assessment

A live market simulation in your browser. Three sessions of real NQ data, executed under time pressure.

≈ 30 minutes

Two-week evaluation

Daily sessions on the Terminal alongside the desk, under live conditions, closed by a full performance review at the end.

10 sessions
STEP 03

Live desk capital

You execute firm signals on firm capital. One 30-minute session a day, between 09:45 and 11:00 New York time.

Compensation starts

No fees to apply. No fees to trade. Fully remote.

Do I need trading experience or a CV? +
No. There is no CV and no interview. The assessment is the application: everyone sits the same simulation and is ranked on how they executed.
What happens if I am selected? +
A two-week evaluation on the Terminal first, under live session conditions, closed by a full review of your performance over the period. It confirms that what you showed in the assessment holds day after day. This evaluation period is not compensated — compensation starts when you move to live sessions on desk capital.
How many trades are there in a session? +
During the evaluation, expect around ten trades per session. Once you are live, it depends: trades are grouped with a maximum loss and a profit target for that group, and the session stops early if the target is hit.
Do I need to attend every session of the evaluation? +
Yes. The evaluation is designed to show how you execute day after day, so we expect you at every session. Missing one is not a problem, but the goal is to attend as many as possible. If you already know you will not be available for the full two weeks, let us know before it starts — we can keep your place for a later intake.
How long does the evaluation last? +
The evaluation period lasts two weeks.
What time do daily sessions start, and where do I get connection details? +
Your session time is assigned in your welcome email. Assigned times fall between 9:45 AM and 11:00 AM New York time, and sessions last around 30 minutes each day. Your server connection details are also provided in the welcome email.
What equipment do I need? +
A desktop or laptop computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable connection. The assessment cannot be completed on a phone or a small tablet — you are reading two price charts and placing orders under time pressure.
02

Compensation

Variable compensation is 50% of net profits, from day one on the live desk. There are no fees and no desk charge.

Guaranteed minimum
No minimum

Your first month on desk capital is pure profit split.

Guaranteed minimum
$1,000/mo

If your split comes to less, the firm pays the difference.

MONTH 3 ONWARD
Guaranteed minimum
$2,000/mo

The floor every established operator keeps, month after month.

Compensation depends on operator performance. The guaranteed minimum tops up your profit split when it falls short for that month — it is a floor, not a fixed salary. These months run from your first day on the live desk, not from the calendar.

How does the minimum guarantee work? +
If your variable compensation is lower than the guaranteed minimum for that month, the company pays the difference.
When does my second month start? +
On the same date of the following month. Your months are counted from your first day on the live desk, not from the calendar: start on the 21st and your second month opens on the 21st of the next month, when the $1,000 minimum takes effect. Payment still lands at the beginning of each month — only the count follows your own start date.
How and when will I be paid? +
By bank transfer at the beginning of each month. The first payment requires four full weeks of trading on desk capital: if you start late in the month, those weeks carry into the next one and you are paid at the beginning of the month after.
Are there any fees to apply or to trade? +
None. You never fund an account, and you never pay for data, software or desk access. You trade firm capital.

Trading mechanics

What is the "lead strategy," and why do I have to wait for it to close? +
The lead strategy is launched by Sigma Dynamix during trading sessions. It sets a common starting point for all operators, synchronising everyone on a market move at the moment volatility is best suited for the strategy to succeed.
Do I get assigned to buy or sell? +
It depends on your role. Some operators are assigned a fixed side, others choose freely on every signal. The desk decides which applies to you, and it is not permanent: your role can change from one period to the next. In both cases we send the signal and you decide how to enter the move that follows. Several operators trade the same move, each finding their own edge in it.
Do I need to analyse the market or build a strategy? +
No. The signal and its timing come from us. Your job is execution — entry, trade management, exit. It is scalping: you are in and out of the same move fast. We synchronise timing across operators and build teams trading it together.
How should I manage my entry and exit? +
There is no fixed pattern, only a signal to read. Two operators can trade the same signal differently, whether their side is assigned or their own call, as shown below: one buys early into the dip and exits into strength, the other waits, sells once the move has run further, and covers on the pullback that follows.
A · BUYS THE DIP B · SELLS THE HIGH A · EXITS + B · COVERS + NQ · one signal, two reads
Once I'm authorised to trade, how much time do I have to enter my position? +
No rush. Once authorisation is given, the entry is your call: you can take the break of the level, or wait for price to come back into it before you enter. Look for your price, a dip if you are buying, a push higher if you are selling, and take the time the move deserves.
How many points do operators typically aim to capture? +
Around 20–30 NQ points per trade. When the move keeps accelerating in your favour it is fine to let it run: taking 50 points is not rare.
Can stop losses be customised? +
No. Stop losses are set by the company and cannot be modified by the operator. Every position carries the same automatic stop.
04

Software & setup

Why do I need to use your own software? +
The Terminal connects directly to our execution and synchronisation system. It is how you receive the signal, see authorisation in real time and get your stop applied automatically. A web version is in development, with no release date set yet — for now, the desktop Terminal is required.
How do I install the Terminal? +
Extract the entire Terminal folder into a dedicated directory (for example, inside Documents) rather than directly onto C:\. Otherwise the Terminal cannot write its log files and may fail to connect. Then sign in with the credentials provided in your welcome email.
Do I need to update the Terminal? +
Yes. The Terminal checks its version each time you log in and prompts you to update if it is below the minimum version required.
Can I practise during the evaluation? +
Yes. We provide a training platform where you can replay past sessions and practise your entries and exits. Use it throughout the evaluation to sharpen your execution.

About Sigma Dynamix

How is this different from a funded-trader challenge? +
It is the opposite model. Challenge firms charge fees and make money when traders fail. We charge nothing, we cover all costs, and we only make money when our operators execute well.
